The villa is situated approximately 60 miles south of Murcia City, and 60 miles north of Almeria City. Both Murcia and Almeria airports are easily accessed via the e15/a7 motorway. 

Located approximately 15 minutes from the market town of Huercal-Overa where there are all amenities and social nightlife. There are also 2 smaller villages within 10 minutes drive, Santa Maria del Nieva and Urcal both of which have a mini supermarket that provide most foodstuffs including fresh bread, fruit and veg and drink.
