Bedrooms: 1 master double bedroom with fully tiled en-suite , walk in shower room 4 spacious double rooms, each with 2 twin beds. (There is also space for further beds if required)

Bathrooms: there are 3 bathrooms, one which has a fully powered electric shower, the second bathroom offers a roll top bath. For those who want a more relaxing experience and the en-suite bathroom which has the walk in shower. All bathrooms have a toilet and washbasin.

Kitchen:   the kitchen is fully equipped boasting a double range cooker, suitable for catering for larger groups. fridge-freezer, microwave, iron and ironing board are all provided. The washing machine can be found in the garage.

Living rooms: the lounge is open plan with ample seating (3 sofas) and has a large flat screen TV with satellite facilities. There are 2 patio doors that lead onto the surrounding elevated terrace which is fully furnished. there is also a log burning fire for cosy nights in.

Dining rooms: there is a dining area adjacent to the kitchen and the lounge , making socialising easy and relaxing.

Entrance hall :  bright hall way with spiral staircase leading to lower floor 3 bedrooms.

Garage: the property has a spacious double garage and there is ample parking on the gravelled driveway to the side of the villa.

Swimming pool: there is a good sized swimming pool, with roman steps in the shallow end and tiled all around, set in an ornamental garden. Stairs from the lounge and master bedroom lead down to the pool area.

Other: an elevated terrace surrounds the master bedroom and lounge and a shaded courtyard sits comfortably between the two rooms. Ideal for early morning breakfast or taking an evening meal al fresco.
